Fry's Player Appearance - Tuesday, Aug. 24
The Phoenix Mercury’s Brooke Smith and Ketia Swanier will greet fans and sign autographs on Tuesday, August 24 from 5 – 6 p.m. at a Fry’s Food Store in Tempe (3255 S. Rural Rd.). Fans can purchase the Mercury’s 2009 Wheaties box at Fry’s and have it signed by Smith and Swanier, two members of the championship team.
Smith and Swanier will also be on hand to promote the team heading into the 2010 playoffs, beginning Thursday, August 26 against San Antonio. Tipoff for the first playoff game is set for 6 p.m. at US Airways Center. Lower level tickets for game one of the Western Conference Semi-finals start at $15 and can be purchased on phoenixmercury.com.
