Lost and Stolen Ticket Policy/Procedure
Target Center has barcode scanners in place at the building entrances. This changes how we handle lost and stolen tickets. Instead of issuing Seat Authorization Passes for tickets, we will have the ability to reprint the ticket. By reprinting a bar-coded ticket, it will prevent the original ticket from going through the turnstiles, thus eliminating the problem of duplicate seats. It will make your experience much more worry-free should anything happen to your ticket. Please call Erin Henning at 612-673-8421 for assistance.
A police report is also required to reprint entire season ticket packages that are stolen, and written documentation must be provided for season ticket packages deemed lost. Please treat your tickets like cash, and do not leave them unsecured in your office or home.
Accessible Seating
People using wheelchairs plus one companion will be allowed to purchase our wheelchair accessible seats located in Row T in various sections in the lower level. To buy these seats as a season ticket, the person using the wheelchair must attend at least half the games in the season ticket package. If a wheelchair accessible location is needed for just a few games, we ask the person needing the tickets to call 612-673-8400 before the game to make arrangements. We can make special provisions for disabled season ticket holders who do not use a wheelchair.
Guest Services/Disabled Seating
Located between sections 138 and 140 on the lower concourse, this office can assist you with any disabled or special seating needs. To arrange disabled/special-seating needs in advance, please call 612-673-8373 during regular business hours.
Ticket Ownership Policy, Account Changes
The individual or organization named on your invoice is the Primary Season Ticket Holder of Record. Each season ticket account that is held by an organization is required to have a contact person listed. Only the season ticket holder of record is granted renewal, upgrade, and/or playoff privileges, which are not transferable and are subject to the requirement that the requested ticket deposit/payment be made prior to the season ticket renewal or playoff deadline. Any season ticket holder failing to renew as required will lose current seat locations as well as priority date and seating upgrade opportunities.
Please keep us informed of any changes in addresses, phone numbers or contact names. To request a change, please contact Erin Henning at 612-673-8421 or email

Playoff Tickets
The Minnesota Lynx recently enacted a
Cheer Now, Pay Later playoff policy. Cheer Now, Pay Later allows you to enjoy all the action of the playoffs without paying for all seven games in advance. You will only pay for games that are played at Target Center. If it appears the Lynx will be in playoff contention, we will send instructions so you can sign up. By checking "yes" and filling out your credit card information, all seven game tickets will be mailed to the address on your account. Once the playoffs are complete, your credit card will be billed for the number of games that were actually played. All full season ticket holders are guaranteed their same seat location for the WNBA playoffs. Partial plan holders are guaranteed seats, but they may not be in the same location as their regular season tickets.
Patron Code of Conduct
Everyone is expected to be respectful of the players, staff and other patrons around him or her. This is for everyone's enjoyment.
- Patrons should not use abusive or inappropriate language toward the players, staff or other patrons.
- Treat others as you would like to be treated.
- Ushers see many people throughout each game. To ensure people are sitting in their seats at all times, ushers may ask to see your ticket as you are entering your section before and during the game. Please be prepared to show your stub to them.
Guest Services
Guest Services, located outside Section 138, is staffed throughout every event to help all of our patrons with any issues that may arise during the game. If there is any situation making you uncomfortable, please communicate your concerns to your usher. After that, issues may be reported to Guest Services. Potential issues include lost and found items, lost and missing children, disputes between patrons, seating issues, complaints and concerns. You can also give the Guest Services phone number to your babysitter if they will need to contact you. You must also give your seat location to the babysitter, as Target Center does not have a paging system. The number to use,
in case of emergency only, is 612-673-8194.
