McCarville, the 2007 WNBA Most Improved Player and Liberty's leading rebounder, will be suiting up for the Kosice in Slovakia this fall. Last year she played for the Kosice, appearing in 37 games and averaging 8.2 rebounds and 14.2 points per game, on .730 percent shooting.

In 2007, her first season in New York, McCarville appeared in 33 games, started 23 and led the team in scoring 11 times. Her season/career-high of 25 points came on August 9th against the Phoenix Mercury. She pulled down 12 rebounds against the Shock as the Liberty topped the defending WNBA champions in an overtime thriller on July 6th. That game also marked McCarville's first career double-double, with her 18 points. Appearing in her first WNBA post-season this August, she was New York's second leading scorer, averaging 14.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.7 steals in the three-game series against the Shock.
